Will there be a NoSteam.exe?

Given that there is a GOG version on release, maybe there's less pressure to release a NoSteam.exe this time.

So I would like to know whether a NoSteam.exe is planned for X4.

We did say before release, when we announced the GOG version, that we would be likely to release a NoSteam exe sooner than normal. That is still the plan, but while there are higher priority things to do, this has to take a back seat.
