1.32 Bug: Lost inventory after teleporting

Teleported from Argon Prime: Wharf to Hatikvah's Choice I: Trading Station
Lost my bandages going to and from the stations between systems.

Also, noticing when I speak to the traders now, the screen shakes similar to teleporting. shaking does not stop until I close out of the dialog.

Also, after 4 days of play time, many of my ships are stuck in construction because they are missing needed resources like drone components or Hull parts. I cannot trade those parts to the station. Is there a way to allow a station to accept trades if it needs them?
