Research Question
I have fully researched everything. I modded one of my ships with a few mods then i didn't have any more basic weapon chamber resources so now i can't mod my other ships. How do i get more basic weapon chamber resources? Also, i researched the advanced and exceptional (think that's what it's called) but i don't have any advanced or exceptional resource chambers. This is a bit confusing. Help please!

You get parts when you blow up ships and loot them.
