Mining turrets for M sized ship...available only in MIN wharf

as the title says, i can only buy mining turrets for M miner in MIN wharf. I checkd other wharfs and those are not listed in another wharf than MIN one, also checked available blueprints in TEL "race", but also there are no mining turrets blueprints. In not sure are those turrets are even needed for AI automine ship, but want to know why those turrets are available in one MIN wharf - working as intended or bug?

I bought mine at the argon wharf.

I had that too, they disappeared from the argon wharf, but after restarting the game and reloading an older save they were there again!
