1.21 CTD After short time

Game Version: 1.21 (323477) English
Mods: Collector's Edition, No 3rd party
Start: Any

Game CTD a couple minutes after starting. Not associated with any event I'm aware of. Tried it from both a 1.20 save and 2 new games.
