1.20 Bug Ship Upgrades/ Downgrades

I captured some Pirate Kestrels, one of which had a long range scanner Mk2 fitted I docked it to down grade installed gear on said ship. I hit remove Mk2 and replace with Mk1 got paid for downgrading and when the 1 minute was up the Mk2 was still there and I was able to repeat this several times for science.

Sold the ship to resolve this.
