Teleport to Ship While in Station

Finally figured out why I was repeatedly teleporting back to the ship while running around. I was using shift+w to run around and accidentally hit shift+d to strafe.

1) Please add a confirmation message while inside a station: Do you want to teleport back to your ship
2) Running should be a toggle rather than a key (shift) held down

I saw a video about using w + w to run but that does not work for me i.e. I still walk rather than run.
