1.10 Supply Mission Stage Not Advancing

I've now taken 2 easy missions called Supply Chain Where a ship has been destroyed and they want me to find Lockboxes left behind.

Stage 1 Travel to Argon Prime
Stage 2 Collect Lockbox. this Requires 2 lockboxes, but once you are at 2 of 2 it doesnt update. Nothing in any mission logs or on the map or anything you can find gives any further information. First Mission, i found a Lockbox approx 40km outside the search zone.

After i took the second Supply Mission I kept a careful eye on the messages that appear for a couple of seconds at a time, and when i got to the same part I noticed for a second Medkits 3/3 and Delirium 0/? I didnt catch the amount needed, but i went to a crafting area, and found i didnt have the Hallucenogenicsx3 required for each Delirium.

Nowhere can i find it saying that i need to craft Medkits and Delirium, so if i hadnt been watching closely due to one mission being stuck on this stage I wouldnt have seen that I needed to do crafting.
