Cannot talk to passenger to collect them in courier mission Edit Reload Resolved this

I took a Courier mission to pick someone up from station and deliver them to the ship they missed.
Im docked at station and have found the Teladi i need to speak with, but when i try to interact with them, the cursor moves to top right as if i should be able to select options like normal and the Teladi starts to turn towards me, but then it stops.
