Some thing is wrong when X4 started

Game crashed immediately,then I got the following message:

X4 encountered a serious error:212

Error:First vk EnumeratePhysicalDevices failed with -3

I didn't got redirected to a webpage,so I came over and ask for help.

That error means that either your hardware is not capable of running Vulkan, or that your driver is not set up properly. Unfortunately without the information requested at the top of the forum, particularly the DXDiag and the vulkaninfo file, we don't have much chance of helping you track down which it is and whether you can solve it. Please provide that information and we'll do our best to help.
