So like always when I start a new game I sit there for ages playing with settings. I'm going post a few suggestions of High FPS hitters if you adjust these to what I say below they will improve your overall FPS. Some of things are simple and common to some and not to others.
Anti-Aliasing - FXAA High (Anything past this has massive hits)
SSAO - Off - Anything other then Off pretty much has the same impact at all levels.
Glow - Off - Just like SSAO any other option hits almost for the same FPS.
Shadows - Off - This really hits when near stations.
Screen Space Reflections - Off - I have no clue what this one even offers but it's insane taxing.
Outside of these options of course turning down other settings help but more mildly. These 4 options tend to be the biggest hitters that I have found so far.
I run a 1070 and a 4770K.
With these Minor changes and everything else maxed out I get almost 250 FPS in the menu screen. Of course in game it will vary one the reasons I used this as a basic test.
