Invert Emulated Mouse Cursor?

Is there a way to invert the Emulated Mouse Cursor Axis in the Menus - Analog section? My horizontal axis is backwards, making it pretty unusable, but I don't see the menu axes in the Invert Axes menu (just the general and platform axes).

Specifically, I'm trying to use the thumbstick on a Logitech X56 stick, and the Y axis (called Y Rotation in the game) is reversed from how I'd like it (currently pushing forward sends the cursor down, instead of up).
