If you crash right away.
If when you run vulkaninfo (command prompt) it just crashes (exits)

Look for amd-vulkan*json file in your windows sytem32 directory
delete it

You could also consider installing latest vulkanRT from the vulkan sdk site if you want too, I did.

Now game is working.
(no, reinstall of nvidia drivers, even clean, was not sufficient)

Yes, I once had AMD and moved to nvidia.

same prob was here , the delete of amd-vulkan64.json solved the problem , no more vulkan issue crahes on start and works on my setup
