i'm just install and update nvidia driver
and then show this message...............

Have the same problem. I can not run the game. But there is no any error messages. When I click X4 Foundation icon, then black screen blink twice and nothing else.
I have the following configuration:
CPU i7 860 - 2.9 Ggz
Nvidia GTX 650 ti 4 Gb
8 Gb memory
latest version of Nvidia driver with Vulkan support (not beta driver)

Can I hope to play the game on the minimum graphics settings on my computer?

The OP's problem is that they do not have a Vulkan-capable device installed. It could be that their system doesn't meet the minimum requirements, or that their driver update was unsuccessful or installed drivers that were still too old. Unfortunately without any other information to go on, we can't say more than that. Please see the sticky threads at the top of the forum for the information we'd need to help further.

Your problem doesn't appear to be the same as it doesn't give the same message. If you could therefore make a separate thread, also providing the information requested in the sticky thread, in particular the vulkaninfo data, then we might have a better chance of handling your problem.

i change anthor computer is ok

(maybe my gpu is too old ? my first computer is 540m ,
and second computer is 980)
