Unable to turn off VSync

[Hardy]

Game doesn't let me to turn off VSync - "Not supported on this hardware" or something like that. Only adaptive, triple and regular.
Even if i turn it off in my NVidia drivers - game turns it back after some time.
Cause of that, my fps is very low, i have 144hz monitor and can't utilize it properly.
My GPU is nvidia gtx 1080
Please help.
