Missing XINPUT1_3.dll after 3.3 patch install

3.x->3.3 patch issue.

After installing, game will not launch due to Missing XINPUT1_3.dll

System is Windows 7 Pro i5 core.

That is an OS/DirectX dll usually found in C:\Windows\System32\ and is not loaded or affected by the game installation or update.

You need to find out why your OS is missing it, or if it is corrupt. You can also run sfc /scannow to check and perhaps repair your OS files.

Alternatively you can try to check and repair your DirectX files directly.

I installed the files into the x86 directory, does this make a difference?
