Construction URVs in use?

Is the bug still out there that construction URVs, that are currently used by a ship are not recognized by the new engineer after being boarded?

No, that must be all fixed now. The surviving red construction drones out repairing a ship prior to boarding will turn green a short while after the successful operation. If you leave the target's drone bay intact then you can take over any docked drones of any type left aboard when you take over the ship. I have not had any issues with putting an engineer on a boarded ship with drones in vanilla.

It only concerned drones that were in use while the launch pad was destroyed.
