Troubleshooting: Logitech G400/G500s crash on startup

Symptoms

You have a logitech G400,G500s and/or Webcam with driver software installed and the game crashes instantly on startup with Exception Code c0000005.



Resolution

Try disabling the Logitech "monitor service".

To disable it, take the following steps:

1. Run msconfig.exe
2. Select the Services Tab
3. Enable "Hide all Microsoft Services" to make it easier to find the Logitech service
4. Find the service "Process Monitor" from "Logitech" and disable it by clearing the checkbox next to it.

Now try running the game again.
