Script for standing between races

(EDIT) This was meant for X3 Albion..

I would be thankful if someone could explain me how I can change the relationship of races in the X-Verse. Lets say for example I want war between Boron and Paranid.

I read about how to change the relation to races with player and tried to use this on races but nothing changed. Also I was reading there are 40 levels for the value. What is friend, what is enemy etc?
