hey, theres no star trek mods that i know of for any of the x games but there are quite a few ships available here http://forum.egosoft.com/viewtopic.php?t=274276 i dont think they work with x2 but they do work with the later games.
hopefully someone might be able to help you get them into x2, i'd love to see it aswell
*edit, theres a mod manager around somewhere, it may work using that but i've never used it

the four most important things iv'e found out,
