X2 Ship Order Notifications

In X3 you could enable notifications every time an owned ship completed an order you gave it, and it made trading remotely so much more convenient. Has anyone written a mod to do the same for X2?

Might as well ask this while I'm at it: is there a scripting command to get a player owned ship's current order? A quick skim of the MSCI Handbook turned up nothing.
