I figured the pilot fee would be from homebase and found out otherwise when they started complaining. ;) ..I put all *player* $ into factory accounts to help start them up.

The message they send when fee cannot be collected refers to their homebase not having enough money in accunt to pay. Apparently an oversight from the prior version(s).

Somewhat confusing since I wasn't able to determine in the BP readme about where the fee is taken from.
