Is there a working download for this anymore? The only Abaondoned Ship Spawner at the download location is corbinbird's.

ASS-AP v88 (current version) is on page 8 of the Google Code archives. Google hopes to improve the links over the next few weeks.

The ware still exists, but it has no function assigned. So it doesn't have any effect (positive or negative), when it's equipped.

As for stopping the script from equipping it, in plugin.A.S.S.ware.xml in line 138 replace the Ecliptic Projector with the System Override Software. Afterwards delete line 164, and change the 33 to a 32 in lines 167 and 169. You can also change the 34 to a 33 in line 128.

I play this game on Steam, and I don't have an Albion Prelude folder in my games folder. IIRC, I once saw that the game files are in the Terran Conflict folder. Is that right? And if so, I found the t folder, but not the t file. What am I doing wrong?

The X3AP files are located in the "addon" folder within the main X3 terran conflict game/installation folder.

Hmm...Is there supposed to be an X3AP folder inside the addon folder? I don't see one. --Like I said earlier, I found the t folder (inside the addon folder), but the only file types inside the t folder are all .pck and .xml. Nothing else. And no t file inside there, either. ...??? --OH, and BTW: Is the t file a .txt file (I.E. "t.txt")? --And one other thing: Thank you for responding to my post so quickly. I really do appreciate it!

No, as I said the "addon" folder is the "X3AP" folder.
How did you install the ASS-AP? Are you sure you extracted the files to the correct directory?

I did it several years ago...I did it with the X Plugin Manager. Is that what's messing me up here?
