X2 warhammer 40,000 ships

Hi all
Forgive me if this is posted in the wrong place but I was thinking about maybe creating some of the ships for the warhammer 40,000 universe. Things like the space marine battle barge and imperial crusiers.
Any suggestions as to how to do it and all opinions welcome.
