Oh for crying out loud I only just mopped my keyboard up from the cap ship flares/trails and now I've drooled on it again.

Can't wait to see this for download Cadius. Hawtness on a stick.

(Also I love the green, makes a nice change)

Earlier screenshots were of the test model. Here's the finished version of the Necron Gate.

The green wormhole texture comes from Zeron-mk7's Gate Effect Pack and won't be included in the mod, but I'll provide links under highly recommended along with Trixx's Warp Gate Horizon textures.

nope, but it's causing any damage so it's safe to play with. Just breaks immersion a bit if you're flying a small ship with autopilot.

I have question: you use vanilla Gate_effect model (bod file), or created new gate effect model ?

I made new Gate_effect models since the different gates need different sizes and shape for the wormhole. But they still use the same texture.

V1.0 is up, currently only 2 gate designs are available, the Necron gate and the B5 gate. I'll finish up the Balcora gate next and the Stargate afterwards.

O.k slight snag, downloaded and installed the mod, it installed to the plugin manager fine.

However it gave me the message "Requires X3: Terran Conflict" and dissapeared from the list and no new gates show up on jump.

Thing is I'm running X3:TC ><

Albeit the steam version of the game.

Checked with the B5 Gate model same result.

hmm.. i've seen that somewhere before. Nothing to do with having a steam version though. What version of the plugin manager are you using?

You should switch to 1.30. It's not a beta anymore, and is required for newer SPKs.
