X3TC: Cargo Life Support and Boarding pods

I recently got some marines, Hermes and an Ares.
I got Boarding pods for the Ares(this ship can install them) however it can't hold Marines my cargo bay is very empty and my Hermes can hold marines because it has a Cargo Life Support but the Ares doesn't(however it can have Boarding pods). I can't look at the Cargo Life Support in the in game encyclopedia thus can't find where to buy it(if it can even be bought).

Where can (if you can) I find a Cargo Life Support that's not built in?
