I am stuck on this ..have the 4 digit number ok ....but do not understand what to do with the 9 lines of numbers after that ....
Any help would be great ...

You can solve the riddle yourself or you can put the numbers into an online Sudoku solver of your choice.

I completed mission 5 but the next one does not start. Do I have to wait or is it a bug?

You need to wait. Make sure you have a spare jumpdrive and e-cells at hand. It'll save your life.
