[1.2-french] Groups bug

I got problem with groups, some commands don't work or dont know how they work:

- i cant exclude temporary a member, he go back to the cmd of the group and go back in active member
- cmd to refill the groups don't work (for energy cell for exemple set in the groups cmd console)( are they suppose to go buy e-cell from the nearest spp? )
- cmd to collect ware in space, all ships stay waiting

i have no test yet the equip ship as... cmd
