A hybridized version of the M3 Falcon:

I love how the Teladi ships have complicated, exposed engines... in contrast to their streamlined bullet-hulls. It's reminiscant of oldschool rockets like the Redstone or SaturnV ...a big difference from the rest of X3's ships, which tend to be more hyper-futuristic.
