The download section on X3 wallpapers is greyed out so I was wondering if anyone from the community has made any good ones and dont mind sharing.

hm... you may want to check Creative Forum... I've seen a few before, but I think I remember 'Player' putting together one...
... or you can check the ScreenShots thread in this Forum - there are quite a few of really good ones...
... I've done one wallpaper-ish drawing (comic book-like style)... - it's also in Creative.
