You are right, that is jump to derelict.
This suggests that the 8686-L044.xml file being used by the game is an older version than it should be using.
Check your downloads of my scripts, and find that file which has the newest creation date. Extract that and put it in addon\t. That should override whatever is being used with the latest file and fix the problem.
It would seem that somehow, you have loaded an older script set over the top of one using the latest t file, the older one not containing jump to derelict.
Alternately, the 8686-L044.xml might be missing completely. In which case, install the Salvage pack, which will install it and overwrite jump to derelict. If you are not using my mod, and you only installed the jump to derelict command script, the hotkey would work, but the command would look like you posted. For some reason I cannot figure, the jump to derelict script zip does not contain the t file.

Ok I was browsing your Apricot Mapping Service HQ site and right in the middle of acessing it the whole thing disappeared and got replaced by an icq redirect??? Maybe it's something going on in my computer but I figured I'd let you know just in case, while I do a little maintenance (i.e.: virus scan, etc.) on my computer.

I cant see anything wrong with the site.GlassDeviant wrote:Ok I was browsing your Apricot Mapping Service HQ site and right in the middle of acessing it the whole thing disappeared and got replaced by an icq redirect??? X3AP-Apricot-Salvage-Pack-v2-6.zip is the last version that contains the salvage claim software. The version you have is probably the TC version. JtD2.2 sounds right, but its missing the t file as I just found out. If you install the Salvage pack 2.6, that will solve the problem and give you the latest versions. You dont have to use the other things included.So...by the salvage pack, do you mean Salvage Claim Software v4.11? I have that installed.
And I have Jump to Derelict v2.2.
It could be, but its not designed to select where to jump to, just find a random derelict and jump to it. If there are none, you go nowhere.I wonder, do you think that could be modified to jump to any object? Like Gate Debris, an asteroid, a station, another (npc or player) ship?
There is a site to site transport script in the cheat menu.

Yeah it turned out to be my computer. I don't know exactly what the problem was, but I cleaned out my cache and restarted the browser and now it's working fine.apricotslice wrote:I cant see anything wrong with the site.
Hmm...spoke too soon. Every time I try to go to the AP downloads page, something gets corrupted in my Firefox and it starts going to http://www.icq.com/en when I try to get back to http://apricotmappingservice.com/ , so I think it's time for a deep malware scan here, since the first one found nothing. Probably some sort of browser hijacker.
OK, I'll grab that and see how it goes. Flying out to some of these abandoned ships is tediously boring even with SETA at 10x.apricotslice wrote:X3AP-Apricot-Salvage-Pack-v2-6.zip is the last version that contains the salvage claim software. Thanks for the assistance.

Are you in system when it happens ? If so, try being out system when you undock the ship. All I can think of is that the ship undocking is colliding with the station.GlassDeviant wrote:ok, I installed that package and now every time I undock a ship at the Federal Argon Shipyard in CBSE it is flashing with a red highlight and an orange triangle filled with an exclamation mark.
Did I mess something up?
I dont know what an orange triangle with an explanation mark means. Ask that one in the general forum. Have you tried comming the station to see what the options are ?

Thats why I added those scripts to the Salvage pack and the AMS mod. AMS mod was mainly designed to speed up the early game, so getting credits was much faster. Very useful for those who dont get a lot of time to play, but still want to advance at a reasonable rate. You can make a living off derelicts and salvage with the right scripts, such as the spawners, and NPC Bail.GlassDeviant wrote:Have to get rid of the derelict spawner I installed though, all I seem to do anymore is chase down lose cargo boxes and ships. Good for my bank balance though

Only by removing the scripts from the scripts folder. Easy to find, 12 identical names with a different number on the end. Move them or delete them.GlassDeviant wrote:Hey is there a way to turn off the derelict spawning? I can't keep up with all the derelict ships anymore. I looked through the menu but if there is something there I missed it.

and can I just rename them by for instance putting .bak at the end, so I can re-add them if I ever want to be spammed with shipwrecks again? I am guessing yes, but it's always good to verify.

I finaly figured this out, it had nothing to do with this...it was because I was launching a ship with MARS active but no weapons aboard for it to equip.apricotslice wrote:Are you in system when it happens ?
