If issues with a patch arise i would fix them if reported, but no new features or additional ships from my side.. planning to re-do it using a less intrusive method for attaching logos some time in the future, but no idea when that will be.
Could you try to remove the mod, load and save the game and add the mod again? This was an issue whe updating from an older version of the mod to the current one.
