Your stats say you own 224 stations. Would you say that is accurate? How much would you say CCM helped your performance? I got a damned high number of stations myself, though not sure on exact figure. Even in completely empty US my frame rate is starting to get occasionally noticeably choppy... Major NPC sectors and my major complex sectors are all below 10FPS average these days.

Don't want to stray off topic, but the complex cleaner makes a massive difference. Complexes just are no longer an issue, full stop. Just skip over to S&M forum for more details, but it will be the one thing that forces me over to a modded game again.
Just restarted and want to complete the hub this time whilst still vanilla, but not sure as I'll make it...

I must say I am a little suprised by you fight and trade ranks. With all of the fighting and trading going on I would have expected them to be higher as mine are at that level and I haven't even finished the hub yet?
All up how many booze and weed stations do you have (ie how many stations in each complex)

Don't forget that fight rank is only increased by player ship, not player owned ships - ie all these battles are being done by ships Spaceweed Adict owns but is not piloting and that doesn't affect your ranking...Smyde wrote:I must say I am a little suprised by you fight and trade ranks.
At least it was definitely that way in X3R and I think it still is in X3TC.

Well yes W.A.F. is still up and running but as you can imagine this war is putting a bit of a strain on finances at the moment so donations to the Foundation has been a little lacking of late.Mr-Ten-Percent wrote:I believe this is a most worthwhile use of said funds, much better than the charity idea you had.

Well Tiedyeguy those stats your looking at were for the unmodded game ofcourse and basically there pritty accurate with regards stations with the exeption of the outposts I've been building in Terran space and a few others I have added to my Military complex's to try and up the weapons output a little so you can add about another 20 or so stations to that.Your stats say you own 224 stations. here's a couple of screenies I took of 2 of my main Complexs and just looking at the sector map should give you an idea the differance that Complex Cleaner makes to your frame Rates.

For any further info you want on that mod have a look at Gazz's thread in the S & M forum. Note the number of module containers in each complex that should give you some idea of how many fabs are in that complex.
The turn over of those 2 alone is somewere in the region of a billion credits a day each and that dosn't include the missile output that the Wonderland produces.

Thats the averice sector by the way. My base of opperations and as you can imagine the the bases are a little empty at present as most of my forces are otherwise occupied elsewere.

Well Smyde the trade and fight ranking are a little pointless really as there only basically effective on your current session and if you have the game running constantly like I use to do before this war then they will drop becouse of none player intervention so I don't take any notice of them as I said to me there pointless.I must say I am a little suprised by you fight and trade ranks. And what perkint stated is correct, your fight rank is only effected by what you the player actually attack and distroy and not what your fleets take out. Which in my view is correct as you can't expect to reap the glory for what another of your military forces has done now can you.

Right Terran War Phaze 2.
Ok its been a little hecktic of late as the terrans have been doing a lot of rebuilding in the occupied sectors so its been a busy few days for my Demo teams keeping a check on there attemps to re-establish control of there sectors to no avail.

They have tried a few counter attacks to one being from the US sectors and attacked my forces in Oort Cloud.

How the hell they got down there without my knowing I don't know.

I think the games trying to do a bit of cheating and spawning battle groups were theres no way of getting there or any yards down there to suppost such a force with exeption of the Military outpost ofcourse but well thats just a smoldering reck now.

Hmm I lost another Distroyer to that attack and had to use one of my reserves to replace it but all's well again now back to full strength again.
Right we've made a move on Astriod Belt and launched an Attack on Mars taking both sectors with minimal losses, just 20 of so fighters but I did have to call out one of my Carriers at one stage as she had suffered a fair bit of hull damage so I jumped her back to Omni for repairs but apart from that the invasion whent pritty well.

One thing here thou, the game is cheating now and has 2 Terran stations that are invisable here.
One in Astriod Belt and the other in Heretics End which I was quite annoyed about the Devs are cheating us out of concuring there sectors complettely so I done a bit of cheating myself and used Cycows distroy station mod to distroy them after my fleet had pounded them into the ground first mind you.
To me this is a bug, now I know they done this becouse of the plot missions but in my oppinion the invisable tag should of been removed from these stations once the player had completted the plot so really its up to you as the player yourself wether you go my way or just stay vanilla and setup a blockade around them but to me its a cheat on the Devs part so thats why I have done this as to me that would be a game breaker doing that.

Anyways rant over and back to buseness.
right while taking out the station in Heretics End I notices my good old friends the Paronid were giving us a helping hand here and had a Military Deimos of theres pounding hell out of the station.

They must of upset them too for some reason.
Well not far now. I've just got to get my outpost setup now in Mars and then its on to venus and the final battle for the moon.
Then we'll turn are attention to those Terran 2 sectors.

Well I've lost 3 more distroyers now 2 Brigs and one of my Phienix's so I'll have to buy and re-equip another Phienix for the move on the moon as those things with Firestorms are evil against stations.
Losses then now standing at;
9 Carriers, 7 Distroyers & approx 350+ Fighters.

Hopefully Gazz is still around and updating his scripts/mods. Complex Cleaner isn't compatible with the 2.5 patch, and will need changes to be made so. Ok lads for those of you who have been following this and would like to have a look at the game or even have a go yourself.
Well I made up a self extracting zip file which contains my most recent game and the mods I have installed to play it.
The only mod you'll need to install really is the Complex Cleaner mod so as the complexs will work correctly.
The Marourder shipyard is installed also but I don't actually use that I just installed that really for realisum as I fell its only right if the pirates are building ships then they have to have a shipyard to do it.
If the Yaki can have one why not the rest of the clans.
Its up to you wether you use the yard or not but personally I find it much more interesting to capture the ships rarther than buy them.
But there's one really cool part of that that really had me in histerics and that was that Boron engineer he's added to upgrade your ship.
Man that is really cool. So funny
Oh and it couldn't of placed itself in a better sector.
The Pirate capital of the universe. I'll let you figure out were that is.
Ok my game is currently 2.1 so if you do want to try this I'd advise doing what I do and have 2 versions of the game installed.
One for your modified game and the other for your vanilla game without any mods installed and Mr Badgers Game Manager is a brill little routine to use too so as you don't accidently overwrite your original saved game.
Anyways I think most of you know your way arround this now so here's the link to the game for anyone who fancy's a butchers.

In case you guys are still attempting terranocide, I have an Idea for taking out the Torus (if you ever get there
). It requires a "special weapon" which im not sure will work.
I recall hearing that the Xperimental shuttle was invulnerable. Would it not be possible to send it on a special mission whilst you wait from the safety of the Moon?
