And on the other side of the coin, whats so great about a download that sits on your HDD taking up room, and that you have to re-download when you wipe your pc.

Pro's and con's to both methods i guess.

Yeah, i guess so, although in 20 + years of gaming, i dont think i've ever lost a game disk, but i have had a few disks snap on me (mainly those badly designed dvd cases that refuse to let go of the disk unless you get a JCB on its case)

Then there's that too (Damaging it).
For me, personally, I can deal with both. No problems with Steam or Hard copies.

Checked game.co.uk... My copy has been sent... 2 business days post... The thing is, it often shows up next day... 50/50 chance... I hope it shows up tomorrow as luckily it's my day off...
