Ok.

And the problem with the relays is resolved. It was the result of the update. Now they work correct.

Good to hear. Had a bit of a panic :!: recently reformatted by PC from back-ups, which I do every few months as it's only my gaming rig. Thought I'd missed all my mod files & 3ds max scenes......

Put them on a USB stick panic over :)

Now I have some mega complexes to play with looks like I can make a few logic improvements/tweaks and solve some outstanding issues I've has. Hopefully have a fix/update/patch out soon.

Don't worry there won't be any t file changes :wink:

Starting to feel like windows, release a patch every time the wind changes :) Never make a programmer :!:

Need a break tonight so now for some senseless violence on DoW2, or maybe some E:TW while I let TC run.

Capped Wares

After cleansing my soul with a bit of mindless killing on DoW2 I thought I'd build the Capped Wares Menu for the Nodes

This is the first go:

If there is no value defined it throws false and shows N/A

All I need to do now is put a check in the script which moves wares from Stations & Complexes to the Node. "Simples!".

v3.2.02 Update (14/03/2009)

Hi All,

Another update, hopefully the last for a while :!:

This update adds the ware cap feature requested for the Nodes.

It is also a fix for the corrupt extract issue on one of the station model files in the Cat.

There has also been some work on the supply logic which now includes remaining cycle time in its calculation, and a few bug fixes.

Glad to hear, I will be back in town and will be able to start setting up complexes Monday night to resume testing. Is there any specific types of setups you want tested?

Cheers mate, and thanks for all your help & work on the T file. Starting the Advance Ship Resupply part now. Will keep the changes to a minimum.

Eem, one question. :D

After setting some capped wares i got flodded with reports all 3 minutes. How i can disable them? Have you forgotten some debug messages? :D

OP updated, added an updated .spk file and the main Mod file has also been corrected.

Just goes to show, I shouldn't be allowed out without being accompanied by a responsible adult.

Hm, now i cant open the menu for the capped wares. You have deleted 2 script-files in the spk, plugin.fdn.ware.menu.xml and plugin.fdn.wares.report.xml, is that correct?

EDIT:
Copied them back from the previous version and now it works. Maybe you are overworked? I recommend that you put your feet up and drink a big cup of coffee. ;)

hmmm, After being somewhat better after being bed ridden for a few days I finally got the new updated and I'll give it a run here in a few.

Same, I still feel like the walking dead though. However, I'm able to move around some.

I just put in your update and so far its working. I had to cheat in a full hold on it and my other two complexes. Just didn't feel like waiting for everything to even out.

Hm, after the latest updates my FDN Docks got no wares from the node. Dont know why. There are 500.000 energy cells in stock and my dock made 34.000.000 credits with selling e-cells at surrounding customers. But now the dock has 0 energy cells and my node refuses to deliver any of them.

Is the Dock linked to the Node?

Bit tired, been up all night on a sev1 fault so not thinking to straight...

Yeah its linked.

I built a second XL node 5 sectors away to link a sector to my network. Then i built a second dock there which was linked to this second node. I made all the necessary settings but no wares were delivered. After that i looked at my first dock and the e-cell level was at zero. So i destroyed my second dock und waited. No change. I deleted the link und established it again. No change. I deleted all settings in the capped wares menu. Again nothing changed. Only thing i can do to test is destroy the second XL node but it was to late that night for that. ;)
