Equipment docks have grown extra docking arms. If I leave the sector and return they are usually back to normal.

I couldn't find it in the Bug list so i post it now :D
I started to play the Game with 1.2.1 and after

rescuing Miria (is she called so?) in that Mission, i think its the 7th ..
she is just sitting near the North Gate in Farherms Legend and doing nothing. When i try to do a Comm with her she says, she don't have time or something :>

I had this same problem and I gave up and got on with the game. She contacted my after about 30mins (game time) saying she was ready. I still hadn't left the system as I was clearing up some pirates at the time.

can engage autopilot while i'ing up a target, but can't disengage it till all menus closed... which hurt.

My ultimate patch wish list for X3's future interest - Levels

Well here would be my ultimate wish list for 1.3 or even 1.4 in order to make things interesting. I don't know if this was posted elsewhere but here it is, if it was sorry.

They should bring back some sort of Level increases, like they did in the X-Shuttle but with a limit. Once you equip a Cap ship or Destroyer or even TL's for example. You can buy level increase for Power Generators, Shields, Weapons Accuracy and Ship Speed ect..

For example, Power Generators, Weapons Accuracy, Ship Speed and Shields should have like 500 levels each and level 1 being when you initially bought the equipment. And the more levels the power generator for example gets, the more Power you have. For example level 1 to 2 would be 1 Million credits and level 2 to 3 would be 2M Cr. level 3 to 4 would be 3M Cr. and so on. At level 200 it would be times 2 so level 201 would cost 202 Million Cr. and level 202 would cost 204 Million Cr. and Level 300 would be times three and so on, eventually level 499 to 500 would cost something like 1 Billion Cr.

For example you can then have a Cap Ship with a Power Generator at level 342, Weapons Accuracy at level 132 and Ship Speed at level 178 and Shields at level 98. Eventually the more levels you have, it would make your Cap ship or destroyer or TP virtually invincible which is what we want. But just the sheer amount of time and credits needed would make this game last in order to achieve such goals. Like TerroTropper said Cap ships are lame. The game definitely has "limits of interest" and can become stale and this would surely change the game and the way we play it and of course the interest.

Minor thing; Shields are blue, hull is green, but when I go to ship details it is the other way around....

The Problem, she didn't contact me. 2-3h (or more) InGame are passed and nothing :/ (In the AutoSave before that mission i have my start buster one fab and 200k Credits .. now i have a nova raider L, 2 fabs and 400k Credits i don't want to start over again :/)

Get rid of the autosave when you dock at stations.

CDT after killing Khaak cluster and the paranids ship blows up it gows to a cut scene where you see the inisible ship Mirna than says "lets ss what those yakis are Hiding or something and it crashes to the desktop instantly

Hi, didn't notice this in the main list so...

The combat ranks don't appear to tie up with what's in the manual.

I've just been promoted from Warlord & expected to become a Crusader, but actually got the rank of Combat Ace 3rd Grade - something not right there, that's an X2 rank.

Very minor I know, but as we're reporting bugs thought I'd mention it.

AI weapon accuracy is horrble, and when I order my pack of M5's to attack a station, they swirl about and smack into it one by one. Ships respawn out of nowhere rather than from an appropriate shipyard, making blockades difficult.
PC specs: Athlon 64 4000+, Geforce 7800 GT 256 MB, 2048 MB PC 3200 RAM, 200 GB 7200 RPM, 500W, nForce 4 SLI dual PCI-E.

Pity this fantastic thread got dropped down a page. I apologise for bumping moderators/admins, I know its bad form, but the more people that see this (new comers to the forums who don't dig deep) the more imput can be provided. And maybe one day down the track X3's 1.4 will incorpate most if not all of those fixes, and maybe some of those fantastic suggestions.

1. Power cores of M1's/M2's has to be increased. E.g. how can you have a 4GJ core, with a 10GJ sheild. Does that make sense to any body?
You can't fire your weapons, 40 guns more than twice as many as X2 but with less than half the core.

2. Performance is not any easy thing to increase but it has to be a must. Compatibility for older systems like 98 is lowering speed on XP.

3. Bugs have to be gotten rid of.

4. SDS software could do with being adding (tranfer of resources through trading ships with no money changing hands)

5. Osprey needs it's own model.


Aditions plz, but within reason!

Oh this is something I can do myself and I know there's update but I don't want a modified game thats all, so I want it done in the patch! As I'm sure many will agree.

And yes HQ's was soemthing I forgot.

I agree totally whats the point in us moding a game to make it work as expected.Mods should be to take the basics of a game and add new twists not solve problems :D

I'd like to see mobile mining fixed and the tug implemented, (yes it is there it's called the Atlas and the tractor beam also exists)
