If we could remove that wait before jump, the crowd around jump gate would disappear too. Any settings for that?

The actual wait is quite small, the rush however breaks it via bumping if the player is in zone. Probably the best thing to to is retest that trade.ship change with the new rc and see if the crashes still happen. In the meantime I'll get cracking on the jobs version mod :)

Do you mind sending me a PM with a working version of this I am extremely exited for it.

I imagine this could work very well and you would not get that gate build up if you used the "BIG SPACE" mod which removes highway travel since instead all the ships would travel real space and flocking to gates would not be a
thing, yes trades would take a lot lot longer but you would also get true space and see miles long traders flocking between locations instead of gates.

Patience young padawan. When I've finished the boring bit of setting a job per cargo type + corp I'll put it up for all :) I've seen enough of the behaviour added that I'm confident only vanilla bugs will cause problems.

Im super keen to see what this does when there are no highways only super highways.


You know what I would be doing to solve the jumptgate issue.
I would be outfitting all traders with jumpdrives and forcing them to jump once they reach the gate.

This way they don't actually get slowed by mass gate que but instead travel to within x range of the gate and jump which also prevents the gate being blocked up by large freight ships.

I doubt its much an issue for the smaller ships since they are nimble.
