VIDEO of X Rebirth lagging on high end machine (AMD R9 290X+Intel Core i7 4770K)

All what I have done with graphics settings is turned SSAO off and Shadows on. No fun without shadows. SSAO hits fps too much. You can easily check this when look to all that stuff - station, ships, asteroids etc... now bring on graphics settings and change details of SSAO. You instantly will see changes in fps. Even in main menu you will see changes.

Now almost all the time I really enjoy performance and how the game is looking. Smooth gameplay for me.

(almost all the time - because there is very rare moments, when fps without any reason drops to laggy numbers. Glitches...)

My settings:

I dont understand why its lagging you - great computer. I have lower case and everything working smoothly.
You should check antiwirus, software updates..
