Ordering it from outside the UK: try amazon.co.uk (they ship to most destinations if you have a credit card - I just ordered a copy for myself
But be quick! At the time I am writing this the info reads: "Only 4 left in stock--order soon (more on the way)." Also pay attention that you're getting the GOTY edition 2007, not the one from 2006, if you want the very latest version with all the bells and whistles.
FYI, I went to that site and found that they only sold to EU customers. In fact, the only place I've found that sells to US customers is gameplay.co.uk.
PS. On a unrelated note, your search function for this forum is broken as it did not return any posts for a general search on "GOTY 2007" anywhere.
Seem to be thin on the ground around here UK Fareham, Portsmouth etc. Have checked out respective Woolworths and WH Smiths but not seen this one on the shelves yet!
Never more than 98.8 percent sure about anything.

When is a bargain not a bargain. when you find a display only case in woolworths advertising that it is going for a meagre £6 but when you go to the counter they are out of stock!

Ordered the GOTY a while back and should be here this week. One question though: does it come with a printed manual or will I be doomed to alt+tab to pdfs (or buy tons of extra cartridges for my printer)?
Mine came with a printed manual, others have reported theirs did not. But the printed manual I have is the 1.0 version so I downloaded the later version anyway...
- Scorp's galaxy map, Dave Toomes' X3 models viewer and his Complex Calculator - great choices, all! (- don't forget to get the latest version of each, from the Guides "sticky"..)
- also apricotslice's handbook - a great starter guide (- nice one, Timothy!!)
- could've included a complete default keyboard layout, though.. - never mind - it's still available for download via the Guides "sticky"..
BTW - the new loading screens are really good - lots more combat showing!!
- the whole universe is running in BETA mode - we're working on it.. beep..!!
I've got it, it was only 6 pounds! I really like it but im pretty much clueless as to how to do the more complex things because it does not come with a instruction book. (well mine didnt anyway)
Even if there is no paper manual, there should be one in PDF format on the disk. And even if that isn't there, the manual can be downloaded from the Downloads page.
