This is why I only use the universe file instead of the full mod.

Seasoned mod users learn to mod part-way due to possible issues from going all-or-nothing.

Perhaps this can be split into two downloads - weapons/ships stuff and the Xverse layout. (The TJobs stuff sounds a lot like the Hard Mode mod I have installed anyway - link to it. My advice is to let users choose rather than forcing it upon all)

I've edited CMOD because of some of the issues ravenkey mentioned (PBE flying though enemies, FAA noise pollution) and haven't used this because I can't be bothered picking apart yet ANOTHER mod and separating a hundred versions of TLasers and TBullets and TShips and ... etc. etc. for what I want.

This mod is already split into two part, the changes to the universe, and changes to universe plus ship changes, and users do have the choice to use either, if they want to use the mod that just changes the universe map or with ship changes thats upto them. :wink:

The speed of the 'M' was an over sight and has now been corrected.

I have SSBM *without* t-ships installed, so I won't need your new Cmod3 For SSBM V1.0 Beta, right?

Hi,

Yeah thats right, CMOD for SSBM is setup especially for the t-ship version of this mod, just use the original version of CMOD by Ulfius & SS_T if you want it for the standard mod. there is a link to it on the first page of this thread. :)

errm u may wish to know that the fusion beam cannon is "SUPPOSED" to be the equivalant to the iron beam cannon in homeworld 2 :D = very slow to reload anti-capship weapon. (long long cooldown lol)
Would someone kill those dam fighters all ready? Those flack cannons are giving me a headache :s

Aren't those already the same backgrounds used in both mods or did I get that completely wrong?

You are correct, Some are Realspace's backgrounds, Some are X3-Gotcha's backgrounds and the rest are what you get in the box. :D

I'll not be doin a version at the moment, to much work on, it is quite easy to do the modifications yourself and then you can add the billboards wherever and as many as you want. :wink:

Are you using the same skies as the realspace mod?? If you change also the skies as realspace did i think it would be awesome as the backgrounds mod in x3r!

Yes some of the background in this mod are from the realspace mod, others are from backgrounds done by X-3 Gotcha.

2.5 has a new Tbullets file that made some changes to the Flak weapons. The CMOD3 rebalance of the weapons probably make it irrelevant, and my existing CMOD3 game seems to work fine on 2.5. I can't speak to the rest of this mod, however.

there are realspace skies inside the mod aswell (redborderlands and cyancorner, etc)
