Nah, stick to the Cadius white plus red. Aslo, special texture for black ops ship, without creating a whole new class is bad idea. You can paint a Nimitz class super carrier to red, but still everyone will know it's USA ship :)


Edit: Also previous bridge/radar dome was better for the ship of this size. "Star Destroyer" bridge for super-capship is stupid and make it look smaller.

Edit2: Whoops, Ignore my Edit1 note, I though that this M2+ is a new version of command ship. My bad.

Hmm, i donn't like this.
It reminds me too much to a support vessel for starships racers.
It's missing is a symbol for the team and it would be perfect.

The Modell is cool, but the Texture not...

very nicely put together, me colour, the black rocks, but I would maybe have the white panels brown and the yellow glowing red, black and red go together like sex and chocolate...lol

cool love the first 2 frames the central explosion in the 3rd seems a bit off...what are you aiming for it to be the explosion of?

my 10k radius nuke,and the 3rd looks off is because the angle..

Dude that M2 looks seriously cool, even more so since it has the Cadius style look of some of his Terran ship models he's done.

Hey expnobody, thats looks realy cool.
Do you think you could make Ships too that are from other Universes as X too?

For Example some Animeships?

For Example the Macross Quarter (M1 - M0)

K, that Mega Cannon would be out of Function, but thats Okay.
( The Macross Quarter is only Quarter the Size from the Real Macross in Macross Frontier, but very Powerfull. The Right "Arm" are the BFG and the Left is a Carrier Section. )

The circles on the Flightdeck could be AA turrets or Docking places for small freighters and the Small launching Pad for Fighters, when on its End is a Hangar Section.

What do you think, od are you one of this people that aren't in Sci Fi Animes?

i know what Marcross is..i've watch the TV series..

regarding the size of USC Command ship, it's roughly 3~4 times the length of Cadius's Valhalla, about the same width.

A Ship that would reach from one end of the Sector to another and which Shipyard would Produce such a Monster? ^^
This Monstership would destroy the Yard and all around alone by porting from it. ^^

Hmm, Okay thats to big...
I will search for other Anime Ships, for my Luck there are Plenty. ^^
(The Gundam Ships for Example, Ramrod from Saber Rider, Space Battleship Yamato or Super Robot Wars OG 1 + 2... but i don't know if there are any 3d Models for Creator Programms from it... )

Oh and The Ships from Games Workshop Battlefleet Gothic where Great too...

I know... stupid question but what does the P stand for in the ship class designation?

as for ship size and shipyards being able to dock such massive ships. I wouldn't let the autopillocks or a computer controlled ship of that size dock the ship unless you were using the safety docking and undocking script or manually docking the ship yourself. Save of course being out of sector of the ship that's docking.

Another solution of course is to have the docking clamps be the ones that are on huge stations and don't have the docking clamps/ arms run into the ship. Most of the time when ships undock or dock on a station that can take them and they explode is because they are clipping the station in some way.

P stands for Plus, or +, in files, it it just a convention not to use any symbols but letters instead, so i just stick with it.

P=Plus
C=Carrier
DC=Drone Carrier
M=Missile
L=Light
B=Bomber

well you could provide the ship to modders of course for those who want to use it in mods :wink:

besides that I can only think of a few handful of stations that could possibly dock such a massive ship. The race specif large stations. Minus several... those being... Boron, Split and pretty much every and any equipment docks lolz. But yeah... command ships (AKA) flagships in a sense would have to be maintained by a fleet of TPs or several TLs with cargo drones.

I know this is a Terran ship but why do I get the feeling you might have one of these up your sleeve for every one of the races :D that'd be pretty damn sweet if you ask me.

Sorry, but for God sake please don't make big ship just for beign big. 3-4 time of Valhalla? Do you imagine how bad this will be with AI? This ship will be useless, apart from manual control (which is boring for most of us).

If you really want it big I think that 2xtime Valhalla is a MAX.

You do realize that it's slightly smaller then the Kyoto right? WHICH is much larger then Cadius's Valhalla.
