how do we get our hands on the patch if we didn't bow to the gods of Steam and got it off GOG?

It's working fine, for what I can see. Going to try to board the Maru and see if the plot is still broken next.
One thing though: I have noticed that when I ask the Guild to buy the TOA I have only one alternative (Aquisition Repository) even when I have unlocked others HSAP. Is this normal? Do we have to unlock the TOAs in order, or is a bug?

What ^blackbow^ said. It doesn't seem to be on GOG yet. According to what I've read, GOG often has delays in releasing the stand-alone patch unless you use their 'Galaxy' client. We may have to download the entire updated game again - bad for me because I'm on a slow satellite connection with a 250MB per day bandwith allowance.

I usually wait about a year before buying new release games because they have so many bugs these days. I'm not used to dealing with the need to download regular updates

The flood of Xenon hasn't changed for me at all. Qs, Ps and PXs overrunning all HUB-adjacent sectors and any sector I have a complex in.
Is it required to start a new game to make them go a little easier on me?

Dont think there was any change made yet the one bug that was fixed was only indirectly related afaik.

There are some considerations to be made for the next update, we'll see.

I've just shared this with GOG and they have fixed the offline installers visibility. The updated offline build should be available in a few hours. Please let me know (PN) if it's not available by tomorrow.

GoG's Terran War Pack is now on version 3.6 (from 3.5), and that includes X3FL v1.1

I've been in the same boat, but trying to wait patiently. I have no idea what a "QA department" has do do with the release process especially since the update has been available on Galaxy from day-1, but thank you Gregory for looking into it
