Thanks for youre answer euclid. Is it in planing that all ships can use a jump drive, Ki ships, player-Ki ships. I realy wish that will be come. A normal use from the jumpgates with the jumpdrive. (With or without Energyzells).
Maybe with the same rules like the traveldrive (dont know its the right name in english, "Reiseantrieb"), if the schilds are damaged, it will be not go.

It is possible that the script is being loaded before the player’s ship generation.
That would not matter as long as you do not trigger the script (means: adding ships to your squad). I've tested that with a new game (RG1 start) where you walk on the Argon equipment dock and could not reproduce the error you got. Please describe steps to reproduce that error. Are you adding ships to your squad while not in the pilot seat?

@FritzHugo3: I will look into but if it works then it will be a separate mod.

Alexalsp you are right, thanks for being so persistent. However, it is a "cosmetic" error (like the sig errors). It shows only if you start a new game and has not effect on the functionality of the mod.

in the cheat mod, there is a "teleportation" for the player ship and fleets
basicaly u just turn it on, and just use the destination marker. and it teleports u there, same for fleets, just all without the nav beacon.

@Halpog: Yeah, the jump part is similar but there no not much room for variation in coding jumps ;-) I wouldn't be surprised if there are more jump mods out there and I think it's cool because what's an interstellar space game without FTL :-)

Thanks for the confirmation, appreciated :-)

All my mods (for X4: PlayerJump and AutoTrader) are standalone, i.e. neither they depend on other mods nor on vanilla scripts (no XML editing). The only way they can break is a change in certain XML/MD commands but I'll check that very time a new update/patch/DLC goes live. ;-)
