Well it does have to be said and may as well say it openly, I simply ignore the flibble crap now, because that is exactly what it is. crap. Nothing more or less.

But that combined with pointless posts about absolutely nothing, EG, a sandwidge, or, something else I can think of, Rocks leaving posts to get a beer out the fridge etc, again is nothing short of well, I could use the word for it, but I won't.

But that, again combined with the multiple log in names. Whether it's done in good sperit or not, the simple fact, is that there are just to many and then we get multiple fflibble posts and the like. And that's when it really starts getting beyond the level of stupidity.

Yes we have the ability to have interesting topics of discussions on hear, and good for those that took part and contributed something of interest.

Off topic postings are fine with me. As hs been said before, there is nothing else left at the moment and whether it (washes) with anybody or not, we all know that if XBTF or XT was talked about much more, then it would drive people round the bend.

I just ignore most XT topics now, as they have been talked about 100 times over already.

Stevve's and Merc's stories keep me hear and some of the more interestin O T topics as well.

I was having a good laugh at LV's Spam awards looking down the list and then i spotted ............. ROBROY .............. i was shocked cause i dont really notice (not important) how many posts i have made so i had a look at them, over two thirds are X games related so having a high post count doesn't make a member a spam artist.

Reading the above posts majority opinion agrees that defining spam is a bit of a grey area, granted some posts are 100% spam for spams sake but where do you draw the line, more importantly 'who' draws the line ....... the mods ....... please can the mods, when things get out of hand and there is nothing on the board but alias posters filling up the board with spam enter the fray and HAMMER the SPAMMER.
Otherwise a normal member feels the need to do this and cause they are just a member it ends in flames Lets be honest here the repeat offenders number less than 5/6 Hammer them a few times and save all the grief

A couple of times i posted an 'X TOPIC' the thread was going well then is hijacked by pro spammer and associates .... result ? .... END of 'X TOPIC'
Does this encourage me to post more 'X Topics' ? it got that bad the gang of spammers appeared to be seeking out on topic threads to spoil. frustrating

Without OT posts this forums would indeed be dead, as someone stated that there is nothing to talk about until X2 actually gets released.

I say keep the OT posts because thats what we do in real life (keep reading and u will understand..), when you are at work for example, we talk about things other than work.. "hey there! what im about to say is Off Topic..." and people dont moan at us because we dont talk about the main topic - Work. In this case - X2. Why should it be any different here?
