I never seen any ships going trough yet (only plot ships)... But there is a way to do it (I did it only once though)... I captured Rahana Energy in Albion and I assigned him to my station in DV right after boarding(in Albion). Personally, I found the game both playable and enjoyable right out of the gate, only more so with each successive patch. It's certainly made a lot of progress.

I'm with Jasonbarron. Restarted in 1.24 to get a fully functional URV station and found the plot more responsive (everything moves and attacks as it should, except for the Sul around the DeVries/Abion gate). I did take savegame liberties with URV station to get it back to the state of my previous save tho.
As with any X-game (in my experience) a player needs to be sensitive to the engines wobbly bits. X3 I knew I shouldn't do certain things IS vs OOS for example. Similar with rebirth and multiple trades that inc same station (havent tried 1.25 yet).

I just saw ships from OL trading with DV ???? Are those ships buying staff from our station and selling it back to OL too ???? Anyone have any information about that ???

I have to say that I am really impressed with how Egosoft has listen to the community in regards to the issues with crew hiring, automatic trading updates, ship and assets naming, and how you get a discount from a station. The changes to the talk minigame are really good and far reaching in terms of gameplay. Hopefully highways and station building will get their attention next.

I personally am -ecstatic- that I can sell small ships for credits, and that cargo is taken into consideration. This weekend I hope to use those funds to put some better shields on the Skunk, and maybe even *gasp* finish the plot!
