ICO_hr, a lot can be re-done and I think it is awesome you took on the skunk .
Maybe best to have separate mods if you decide to tackle stations and other geometry eh?

I like my stations for the most part. Skunk needed some love.....

I really wanna get my hands on this as I spend a lot of time docked on my cap ship having it fly me around and the skunks vanilla texture has some yuck to it lol.

Oh oh but the texture that surrounds the docking bays....ummm when you land on one of your ships...damn what ship was it - Arwan, the carrier. The docking/landing pad itself looks fine but just outside of the little gate that keeps you in the "docking area" the ships surface texture is way bad.

Awesome work, it's really embarrassing that the players have to make the game good on behalf of a dev studio who should be doing it like this in the first place.

Just goes to show how out of touch they are with what fans of the series want I guess. Everyone loves a good shiny ship, no-one likes a rusty bucket of bolts (no, it's not endearing) which looks like it was textured in the 1990s.

While the texture quality could use some work I have to disagree with this! I would take the Serenity over the Enterprise any time.

Nice pics update, that is how a hi-tech piece of hardware should look!!

Yeah Fuzzy, good point. I mean I love what ICO is doing and will use that mod but that is only because of the "LOW-RES" quality of the textures used in the vanilla dock area. I love dirt and having the ship look used but the vanilla textures are a pixeled/blotchy low-res mess in some areas.

I would like to see a hi-res mix of dirt and shine but for now I will be totally thrilled to just have hi-res shine.

I was just thinking about this yesterday. Being the founder and CEO of my new refinery in Omicron Lyrae and the owner of a handful of capitals(all capped by me and my crack commandos

). I thought the skunk could use a wax and buff to show off my high falutin, jet setting style. After all doesn't Ren restore old ships?...
