It's certainly a puzzling image. It we assume that we are high above the floor (on some kind of catwalk) - then this things are huge: a half-Skunk at least. And this strange "construction" just ahead of railing is actually a third ship. But other parts make it looks smaller, like drones. It would be much more clear if left side (where the railing connects with the wall) was visible.

It looks like the Skunk right under the cat walk. I do not believe that those 2 craft are any thing less then attack craft. As for them being drones, if you look close you can make out the seems were the cockpit is. Also if you look at the containers in question you can see the wheels on the base of them, for a added size comparison. THEN of course there is the fact that all the drones that we have seen those far are not that complex. They are cylindrical or fairly flat in makeup.

I'm not seeing it. The Skunk is missing the four circles at the midsection of its topside its and v-shaped indentation pointing down the topside prow. If the section of the ship towards the right side of the image in the SoTW image is its aft and engines, it has those large rudders sticking out at an angle behind them which aren't present on the above image of the Skunk, as well.
The flatness of the topside midsection and its slant downwards towards the prow is somewhat reminiscent of the Skunk, as is its two engines and their placements (assuming those two rudders are originating from engines). But if it is the Skunk in the SoTW image, that would mean the Skunk's exterior appearance can be changed, if subtly.
It's also possible the obscured ship in the SoTW is a variant Pride of Albion design, or a newer class of ship derived from it.

Admitting you have a problem is the first step in figuring out how to make it worse.

Aircraft and spacecraft are not mutually exclusive designations.gato wrote:Why spacecrafts have air intakes on them? (marked with red triangles in the pic)

You guys are all wrong and these are aircraft.
EDIT: I look carefully and it says "JET INTAKE" on it too.

Hell, according to X lore, Boron ships are submarinaerospace vehicles.
I also noticed in the SoTW image that the nacelles housing the assumed missile pods on those ships are attached to their main hulls with hydraulics. I pray those are animated during flight.

Remember that the Skunk is upgradable. The SOTW image may be for an upgraded version of the Skunk.A5PECT wrote:[ external image ]
