I see something similar...

Top left - "Solar City"
Top right - pass... too low res to see really
Bottom left- "something Observation Outpost"
Bottom right - low res again.

Interesting things... but WTB higher resolution camera!

I see.....endless tessellated cities in our near gaming future?! Maybe, I donno. Too blurry to make out much.
