Grafisch ist die Demo schon recht beeindruckend, vor allem mit den neuen Hintergründen, wo das All in Reunion ja eher schwarz war... Sollte mal eine richtige Demo rauskommen, dann schau ich mir die vielleicht auch mal an :)

Alles gut und schön das mit den Werten, aber was ist nun ein guter Wert und was ist ein schlechter Wert?
Wie sehe ich an den fps Zahlen ob X3-TC läuft oder nicht läuft?
Kurze Erklärung wäre nett, danke.

Ich denke auch, dass wir keine Spoiler Tags für die Ergebnisse brauchen, schließlich steht hier ja keine geheime Information, die anderen Spielern den Spaß verderben könnte das selbst zu erleben ;)

Der Prozessor ist eigentlich ein E8500 und läuft auf 3,16 GHZ. Weiß auch nicht warum der Benchmark den nicht erkennt.

Rolling Demo Performance unterscheidet sich drastisch von IG performance

Hab heute mal die Rollingdemo ausprobiert.
Allerdings unterscheiden sich die FPS die dort ermittelt werden, drastisch von denen die ich Ingame erhalte.

Im Spiel hab ich auf Core 1 bis zu 90% auslastung ... das nur während des kämpfens!
Auf Core 2 sind es manchmal bis zu 50%.
Außerdem zocke ich auf NIEDRIGSTEN grafikeinstellungen und erhalte trotzdem nur werte um 20fps ( während Kämpfen bis zu 10fps !? ) und in der Demo mit 4x AA und 8x AF bis zu 85 in der fightscene.
Da kann doch wat nicht stimmen ...
Die CPU kann doch auch nicht der schuldige sein, wenn sie nichtmal zu 100% ausgelastet wird? ( also auf die einzelnen kerne bezogen, da X3 ja nicht wirklich DC optimiert ist )

Was meint ihr?
Problemursachen? Wieso läuft X3TC nicht so wie in der Demo?
Ob neues spiel oder nicht ist auch egal ... performance bleibt in etwa gleich.

Ein Benchmark ist nie wirklich realistisch. Im Spiel gibt es einfach viel mehr zu beachtende Dinge, als es in der Demo der Fall ist. Die Demo spielt im Grunde genommen nur ein sehr kompliziert zu berechnendes Video ab (Vereinfacht dargestellt), nicht wirklich vergleichbar mit dem wirklichem Spiel, daher der Unterschied.

ok aber die graka leistung wird da doch perfekt getestet? daher kann meine graka doch nicht allzu schlecht geeignet für das game sein ...
und cpu wird im spiel auch nicht ausgelastet, also wo ist der flaschenhals?!

Also meine GTX ist übertaktet. Ebenso die der FSB. Warum ich so wenige frames habe ist mir ein Rätsel. Irgendwo in meinem System steht ein 70er Schild. :|

habe spaßeshalber den Prozessor mal auf 3,8 Ghz übertaktet und den Benchmark mit ansonsten identischen Einstellungen erneut laufen lassen:

Sicher, aber in der Demo muss auch keine KI berechnet werden, oder die Demo muss auch nicht auf deine Aktionen reagieren. Da wird der Flaschenhals sein.

Prozessor ist übertaktet auf 3,4 Ghz pro Kern
Habe meine Settings mal deinen angeglichen. Also Auflösung etc. alles gleich. Ist deine GTX übertaktet? Meine nicht.

Meine GTX ist die XXX-Edtiton von XFX und hat einen Standarttakt von 630 MHz und einen Speichertakt von 2000MHz.
Da sieht man aber das ein 4 Kern Prozessor keinen Leistungsvorteil bringt .
