Nope, still missing that one. That, and the gravidar (which you already mentioned was a known problem).

what cockpit-mod are u using.....?

I like that shield/hull bar.....and specialy the speed bar in blue (is it a part of ur mod?)

I forgot to mention, the AHEPT icon doesn't show when it's equipped.
And now I've been wondering, how did you get a Nova cockpit with textures on the flight stick and under the controls?

I'm using Imp.-'s Cockpit Mod. (Avaiable in the EGOSOFT download section - well, in the german one that is. I don't know if the mod is avaiable in english, too.)

About your other question... let's answer it like that: It is not possible to add more symbols, it's only possible to replace the original ones.
Everything you have in the standard HUD, you have in the Galaxy Upgrade GUI, too.

If you mean the shield/hull bar which is at the place, where the original shield/hull bar is - then it's mine, yes. The one integrated into the cockpit is however the one of Imp.-'s Cockpit mod.

The blue speed bar is the GU-GUI one, yes.


@Topic

I need another XTM user to test this mod. Check especially if you get the missing mousepointer when you load your savegames, please. :)

I use Imp cockpit mod too, and ur mod didn't change it :(

I need another XTM user to test this mod. Check especially if you get the missing mousepointer when you load your savegames, please. Smile
I'm using Roguey's mod, and it has those probs too (just for info ;) )

Cosmetic Tip:
It would be cool if the station/factory has an small symbol in the icon to see what kind of factory they are (I don't always look at the list on the sector map)

Which problems? Gravidar is already fixed, the new version simply isn't uploaded yet.
Cosmetic Tip:

I'll think about it. The station symbols get a workover with the next update anyways. I did a trade with Aragon Speed: He gets my HUD-symbols, I get his rendered station icons. :)

Due to an art trade with Aragon Speed this new version features new rendered station icons. In return, Aragon will use my HUD icons in his TXU HUD Mod which is avaiable on www.thexuniverse.com . :)

The shipyard has the symbol of XTM's paranid shipyard. This will probably be changed in the normal versions.

03/23/08 - Release version 110. Fixed the gravidar, includes new station icons and minor bugfixes.

In the german thread, it was reported that the gravidar is still missing. Can someone confirm that please?

@Viruz & StormSinger
Both of you have the problem of the missing mousepointer when loading a savegame with XTM iirc.
Could you please post all the mods you've installed and your graphics settings?
Plus, if you have a non-XTM-savegame, please try loading it with the GUI mod but without the XTM.

This way I'm able to confirm whether it's really the XTM which causes these problems and if it is the XTM, why this bug appears. :)

hi there

the only Mod have atm is Roguey's Mod and the Cockpit mod
and GFX-setting are at maximum.

I haven't checked the mouse prob, but will do it today.

but the DDS converter couldn't read/open it (will get an DDS editor as
soon I found one)

when I request docking permisson, the docking target doesn't showed up where to dock. (forgot to take the screenshot with me)

Yeah... the gravidar still doesn't work. :(
There seems to be an error within the file. Will try to resolve this with Ifrit Tambuur-san today.

I fixed this now - will be included in the next version.

I checked it out yesterday, loaded an existing save and the mouse is still an 4 pixel green dot.

So you have the green-pixel-mouse when you are starting a new game and when you are loading an existing savegame?

EDIT: Graphic Settings?

EDIT2: Had the ones of you with the mousepointer-problem by any chance replace UniTraders HUD Mod with mine?
I just talked with him about it and he said that the prior installation of his Mod might be the problem. But then the mousepointer should be normal when starting a new game...

No, only when loading an existing save (this save had UniTrader HUD)
EDIT: Graphic Settings?
set at maximum (if this tell U anything)

Seems like that's the problem then.

UniTraders HUD Mod changed the mousepointer - and the info about the mousepointer is saved within the savegame. If you now install this GUI Mod, the right mousepointer isn't found anymore.

I might be able to solve that problem by changing the mousepointer as well but I have to check that first.

Thanks mate. :)

I think I have now a solution for the mousepointer problem. The result will be diffrent sized mousepointers if you have/haven't had Uni's mod installed - but I think that's acceptable. :)

The mod won't be up this evening, though - I apologize for that. I hope to get it done by tomorrow evening (GMT+1)

I have XTM installed and I use Unitrader's HUD Mod, so I tried your Mod.

I "temporarily" removed Unitrader's, put Galaxy Upgrade and loaded my current game.

I only tried it for a few minutes but from what I've seen the mouse cursor is Alive and Well the same can't be said for the A.H.E.P.T. icons , they 're missing.

I' ve got screenshots but I don't know how to post them.


Please let me know if don't need XTM users to try your mod anymore.


Ps. I like the targeting reticle.
